Connect the normal Soul Dial side, start capture, reproduce the issue, then email the captured log.

USB serial capture

Use Chrome or Edge on desktop. When the browser asks, choose the SoulDial USB Serial Port for the main S3 device.

  • Use a USB-A to USB-C data cable.
  • Plug the USB-C end into SoulDial with the logo side down.
  • If the browser cannot see a USB Serial Port, try another cable. Some cables only charge.
